Return + Exchanges

We want you to love your Serif + Soul piece, because it's more than jewelry, it's a reflection of you. However, if something’s not quite right, please review our return and exchange policy below.

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging (including any pouches, tags, or inserts)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Subscription box items
  • Digital products, downloads, or gift cards

To start a return, please contact us at our contact page, with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if applicable) or a different word, depending on availability. If the item you'd like is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.

To request an exchange, contact us at our contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include a photo of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
